I liked the game, but at some point, the character started moving right and wouldn't let me change directions, so I got stuck on a wall. Aside from that and some small bugs, I think the game is great, and the mechanics are very interesting.
Sweet little game, brings me back to old-school gameboy vibes, but also very on-par with the new-school 8bit games. Difficulty was perfect, not too hard or easy.
There's a comment below about the bug with the effect showing, I also ran into this, but didn't ruin my experience.
Overall, great game - looking forward to see what else you do :)
I really loved this game! Feels like a complete little adventure that you can finish during a coffee break. For me the difficulty was spot on - I could just barely make some of the timed gates / jumps. I experienced a bit of slow down in the middle but apart from that really fun and deffo worth a play!
The game looks good and plays pretty nicely, I did discover one bug tho where every sword throw spawns the punching effect. Also maybe I'm just bad but some tips or hints would help haha. Overall good game :)
